3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Pondera to:

3.1 Technical Abuse

• Attempt to bypass, circumvent, or disable any security features or usage limitations
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to your account
• Share account credentials with third parties or operate accounts on behalf of others for payment

3.2 Content Violations

• Create, distribute, or host content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Create quizzes containing malware, phishing attempts, or malicious links
• Collect personal data from participants without appropriate consent or legal basis

3.3 Platform Integrity

• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

4. Resource Limits and Throttling

4.1 To maintain service quality for all users, we may implement usage thresholds. These thresholds are determined at our discretion and may change without notice.

4.2 If your usage significantly exceeds that of typical users, we may:
